Hi Steve. I wasn't going to cancel my reservations yet as well. We may very likely do the same thing (go to Tomson). We also are planing on the Niagara Rally if that still happens, if not we may go to the Algonac as well.

I'm still in.
Like others, I intend to keep the reservation. It will be a different experience, but low risk if the protocols are followed.

We are not planning on cancelling our reservations at this time
The notion of calling 2020 a total loss is just plain too depressing
Steve M , don’t give up hope , I think we can still do the breakfast , we just need to devise a way to go takeout !

Hi Steve, I was hoping you would chime in! With the extremely nice weather I am predicting, I am willing to "take out" to my nearby chair (separated by 6 feet I suppose).

I had to cancel seven reservations this spring, but am holding off on canceling this one for the moment.
Hoping my optimism for one final expedition pays off in an enjoyable, though less social, outing.
I look forward to seeing everyone again in 2021.

Had one cancelled in March, put off making any for April, May, or June, have made new ones for July and August. Waiting for September delivery of the new trailer before making fall reservations.

We are new to Escape trailers. We picked up our 2019 Escape 5.0 in April of this year. The only camping we have been able to do has been a quick trip for a 2 day visit with our son in Corpus Christi, TX. We were looking forward to attending the Thompson Causeway Redezvous and meed other Escape campers. We are very disappointed to hear that the Redezvous has been cancelled. We very much understand the need for caution during these times. However, we still plan to go ahead and camp at Thompson Causeway during this time. We hope to still meet as many Escape campers as possible and enjoy the nice Fall weather. We have reserved campsite 52.

Still Escaping to Thompson
We're not cancelling our reservations, either. Given proper safety protocols the risk should be acceptable. Been cooped up so long.... Gotta get out and make the most of it.

Rally
So, it seems like some people are still going. About how many do you think that will be?
DH and I just picked up our new 21’ last month, and are looking forward to using it.
We’re thinking of joining y’all at the Causeway.
Any recommendations for a good site?
Looking for some p.m. shade, but most of all, a nice Waterview! Suggestions? TIA!

We had to cancel since it's unlikely we'll be able to cross the border. We had 65 right on the river but it's likely booked now.
