2021 Quartzsite Gathering Dates

The Dates for the 2021 Quartzsite Gathering will be Monday February 8th through Sunday February 14th.

Scamp Owners no longer will be sponsoring the gathering and there is currently no Host so there will no longer be any scheduled activities, but the gathering will proceed..

I just received notice from Sandy (the organizer) that the 2021 Western Winter Blast has been cancelled due to the Arizona Covid 19 surge. It was scheduled for the same weekend as the Quartzsite rally.

I just know that this thread is going to break my heart. Don't think that the border will be open by then.

As far as I know, Jon, no one has stepped up to host the Quartzsite Gathering. It's currently just the dates published and those who want to come show up. We just passed 4000 Covid cases in AZ which is equal to our high in July when we overloaded the hospitals. Governor did a press conference yesterday and announced basically he was not doing much of anything.
AZ could be in much worse shape by January, so right now looks like I'm leaning to not going out to Quartzsite, but we'll see as it gets closer.

Yup, right now we're all just along for the ride. Kind of like going on a Mystery Tour, not knowing what comes next.
