Because of chemo therapy, I have been vaccinated as soon as it was available and may get a boost if recommended. Hopefully next spring will bring new growth and new hopes.......

Ribs
Even if the half price ribs have gone up 100% since we were there in 2018 I’m looking forward to being there on Thursday afternoon. I’m not walking an getting caught in the afternoon shower, I’m taking the tow vehicle. I love a bargain even if it’s not. See you there Jim.

I can get stuff in, but you’d best not get caught getting it back into the states. Like an ice cream cone, you’ll have to eat it all there. Pretty early in the year for produce raised here. Our last frost free date is May 8. And the three frozen kings are the next week. Lunch today

I'm hoping the factory will chime in and show some support for this great annual Escape event.

Just had a thought, perhaps with perhaps more people going to the rally from ON and east, and even MB, SK, or AB what would you think about having an Escape caravan heading to the rally similar to the caravans from east, west, and south for the Boler 50th in Winnipeg in 2018? I believe you mean rally 2022.

Being Escapeless, my position would look out of place. Now returning from the Rally to the East Coast or parts therein would be nice to have company........as we will have our new E19 in tow!

Hey Jim you could lead the caravan with that big Ram and keep watch for Smokey. But always remember what Kenny Price sang so many years ago “ you might out run my Chevrolet but you can’t out run my old two way.”

While we have enjoyed our Escape for several years now we have never made it to an Escape rally. We're hoping that the border will be open and we can attend next year. What are the dates for the rally? I'm thinking 27-30 May 2022? Is there a particular area of the campground we usually try to gather around? Any information will be appreciated.
Many thanks, Doug

The place is huge, bring a bike to get around the cg, very scenic location..... Normally the last full week in May so those dates are good.....

The official rally time the last bunch of year's was the second last may weekend, Thursday to Sunday. The weekend before our May long and the weekend of the US May long. All the plans were in place the year covid hit. I had been dealing with Karl and Sharon setting up the Sunday breakfast which I have really enjoyed making French Toast for, all while having great fun. [emoji16]

I was thinking that if we did have a caravan to the rally we could invite any from MN, IA, MO and points east to come up I29 to MB and join the caravan in Winnipeg, well that would depend on whether the US travellers would mind paying our crazy gas prices (not that the US is much cheaper now).

Nk'mip Campgrounds 2022 who's going?
We will be in space 77, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this event.
Hopefully I will have my backing skills down so I don't back into the lake. LOL
