Osoyoos Remembered

Ike and I returned home last week, having made the most of a cross-country (US) trip after the Osoyoos rally. We traveled with dear friends much of the way and saw incredible sights in the Cascades, Yellowstone, the Tetons and Rocky Mtn. National Parks. Our Escape performed beautifully and despite a couple of minor glitches, "On the Lam" superseded our expectations. We are so fortunate to have this treasure

I have yet to formally thank Tammy, Reace, and all the ETI folks for their hospitality and hard work at the rally. Eveything was so well done and very much appreciated. Even though we didn't have a chance to meet all our fellow Escapees (big crowd), it was a pleasure to visit with those we did meet and put faces with names.
Thanks for all the good company, advice and laughs! We hope to have the opportunity to gather with y'all again.

Until then--all the best and have a splendid summer
Peace,
Gae and Ike

Glad to hear you guys had a great return trip back to Georgia. It was great to spend some time with you two, and certainly hope we get to see you back there again sometime.

Thanks, Jim--it was great to meet y'all, as well. Jenny has mentioned your initial meeting several times and they were so happy to see you guys again. And I must say, Jasper is Mr. Magnificent!
Peace~

I only hope it is not another 6 years before I get to see the Eddy's again. You guys too.

Jasper hasn't missed a rally yet, and hopes not to for many years to come.

Thank you, Gae and Ike, for giving us a wonderful welcome when we pulled in at the rally. Since we didn't know anyone, you certainly made us feel welcome and immediately a part of the rally.

We had a great time and thank you, Tammy and Reace, for putting this together. We feel that it's not only having a beautiful, quality built trailer by a conscientious and thoughtful company, but also being part of a 'family' of fun and adventurous, spirited people of like minds.

We look forward to getting our 21' and gettin' on the road again!

Well said. The literary character Anne of Green Gables used the phrase "kindred spirit". We've found many kindred spirits in the Escape community.

Carla Jean--what a pleasure it was to meet you all, as well. We were just as excited to get to Osoyoos as you were and there were quite a few folks to meet. I know you'll have a blast in your 21! We'll be looking forward to build shots of it as it nears completion. We may be out that way in a year of two, but should you guys make it southeast, let us know. Would be fun to see you on either coast! All best best and safe, happy adventures. Peace
Gae and Ike
