Chicken Recipe For Those Who Want It
Some folks asked me to post this it is the chicken I made for the pot luck. The amounts of the ingredients are umm Ball Parks use them first then adjust to your taste.
This can be used with Chicken Breasts, Tenderloins, Or Wings etc I have never tried a whole chicken though so if someone does and it works let me know.
I have used this recipe on thin beef , pork too and works very well :}
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Pineapple juice (Orange works too but does change the flavor)
1 1/2 Tsp. Garlic powder
1 1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
4 Tsp. Lemon juice
2 Tsp. Of Sesame Oil
A small bit of ground Wasabi dropped in gives them a bit of a kick or use a few drops of hot sauce.
Marinate overnight Minimum flipping the container or bag half way through the marinade
Note: I use a vacuum sealer system it forces the marinade further into the chicken ( Works The Best )
If your using an oven with skin on wings 30 minutes skin side down and then 30 minutes skin side up @ 350
I usually make this with Tenderloins or Boneless chicken breasts cut in to strips on a grill they take about 8 to 10 min thickness dependent.
Makes enough marinade for about 4 boneless breasts or 12 tenderloins.

I think its time for a recipe section.
I'me sure others have things they could add especially camping recipes.

Yup. Recipes should be a sticky.
Note that I did NOT say that recipes should BE sticky, although some are...

Glenn,
Why not start a new thread with your recipe for others to follow....

You gonna sticky it? You've done it before.
Don't know what happened to the the recipe that was attached.
Also, might as well start with Cypherian's recipe. Move to new sticky thread. Over to you.

I think I like this idea. A new section with a new thread for each recipe would make finding the one you want easier. I hate trying to find a particular thing in one of those huge threads.

Hi just tried your recipe used skinless leg quarters -chicken . Only did cut the soy to 1/2cup and no Wasabi everything else the same but had to use olive oil instead of sesame , marinated overnight turned once . It was the most juicy chicken we ever had . You should patent it .
