Wild Frontier, Cancelling our reservation

Hello All,
Unfortunately I will have to cancel our reservations for the King of the Wild Frontier Rally, the dates are 10/17-10/20. This rally last year was the first real trip I got to use our new to us Escape, I really enjoyed meeting Iowa Dave, Bill and the other Escape owners there who were badly outnumbered by the Casita's. LOL
Our plan was the Eggshells at the Outer Banks and then Wild Frontier but unfortunately we need to get some work done on a rental condo we own and that's when it works for our tenants, we at least still get to do the Outer Banks.

Not sure how and if I can say hey I want to cancel but this person wants my spot, I know I can cancel its the second part I don't know how they would handle so if anyone is interested let me know, happy to find out.
