I always liked this one. Don't know why it was painted this way. Might be to cover up some body damage. Whatever, it's cool

Whatever the reason for painting that one, lots of Airstreams came out the factory painted, usually branded with the Argosy name, rather than Airstream. It was their lower-priced line, using paint to cover cheaper panels.
