From the photos, I think that Escape made the cabinet about 3" deeper, so the aisle is less than three inches narrower (since the door of the RM2354 sticks out). The dimensions given (31" with RM2354 and 27" with RM2454) are probably between the cabinets (not the door face to the counter), and rounded out to the nearest inch.
The concern for me wouldn't be the distance from refrigerator door to galley counter, but access to the curbside seat of the dinette past the table, given the corner of the deeper cabinet in the way. That has always been a challenge in narrow-body trailers with a dinette like this. It would work better is the refrigerator were not right beside the dinette, but while fitting in a bathroom, two seating/sleeping areas, and a refrigerator taller than the countertop, there are not many alternatives.
