2017 Improvement leaks before 4/1/2016 unveiling...
I'm aware of 2 new improvements that have been leaked inadvertently now. Frameless opening awning windows and single handle, pull out, ss sink faucet. Anyone else have any additional leaks that have been disclosed??

In an earlier 'It's Friday' post, Jeff mentioned he was offered an option for a different colored counter top and flooring. He posted the pictures and they looked real nice. I inquired with ETI about the availability for our soon to be hatched 21. Sarah said Jeff's trailer was a trial only and was not available for other trailers. She further said they have not decided to change the standard and if/when they do change, have not decided on a different combo.
So, luckily we are happy with the current colors and are not disappointed at all!

Electric awning and step. Whats the scoop on the flooring? I'm on the bubble with a July build date, classic or new
If anything pushes me one way or the other, it's the frameless windows: nope! Lousy air circulation.

Why would there be less air circulation?

Don't know that seems to be a consensus on other rv forums.

Wasn't it posted somewhere that they weren't sure when the new trailer molds will be done and available for customers? Have customers getting one completed in July been told they could switch to the 2017 model?
I'm wondering how much is involved with switching body shapes. Do they need to get approval from various Canadian and US government agencies since they'll be hauled down the road? I can well imagine that taking time and multiple headaches. Or the Canadian authorities saying "yes" and US saying "no". Oh joy!
I did see that electric awnings was posted, but missed seeing something about the steps.
Boy, it's gonna be fun for ETI when the new features are released as some folks might want some of them on their 2016 trailer style (such as the new kitchen faucet).

I had frameless windows on my T@Da and my Lance trailers, loved them. They were Dometic acrylic windows, double paned with built in screen, solar shade. No metal, no cold frames, no condensation, no dagger blind knobs. They could open 90/45/15 degrees and let a lot more air than the standard Hehr windows which only slide open 35%. In addition they are also awning style and we all know what that means, can be used in the rain. One more advantage, no more black streaks down the side of the trailer.

In reading Reace's posts http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/f2...fo-7119-2.html I do not think you can mix options, new and old. if you want the new options your price will increase and you will have the 2017 model or you can stay with the current options in the 2016 models.

And I hated them. Tempermental mechanism that broke several times, difficulty obtaining parts, and very easy to scratch. I strongly prefer what I have now.
