Escape Trailer pictured in grisly news story

Note sure if any other Vancouver / BC people saw this, but was watching the local TV news hour yesterday evening and in the middle of one story, an Escape Trailer came into view. We had to go back and re-watch it in case we were mistaken, but we weren't. See attached at about the 43 second mark of the report. Two scenes with an Escape 21.

I didn't see any trailers in the clip that was at that link, so they might have changed the video.
