I tried to upload more pages from the instructions but they did not scan well.

Here is the whole book in pdf format, which is clearer:

Enjoy!

Robert: See attached for aid in attaching photos. You shouldn't need to create an album.

No letter from escape

I contacted Escape to ask what they are doing to support their customers. Mentioned that I learned about the issue from the Forum and some members mentioned that a Escape has sent them a letter. Answer back was that I needed to deal with Lippert , no mention of Escapes letter to customers.
Can anyone post a copy of their letter from Escape
Thanks..

The bathroom window on my 2014 21C .... is a simple vertical slider.

We had the same window on our 2014 and miss it terribly on our 2018, especially as we have the manual awning. If we ever have to replace our bathroom window, I'm looking for a slider replacement.

Ditto, really like the vertical slider in the 19. Hope I don't ever forget to close the window in the 21 before I flip up the awning arms.

Sure. Here it is. But note that the correct email to contact Lippert (as Richard points out in post #10) is recall@lci1.com (not: recall@lcil.com) Or you can go to this link (provided by Centex in post #3) https://support.lci1.com/hehr-6000-s...-recall-21e047 Or you can call Lippert at 574-538-4514. Hope this helps. -Bea
