Photos of the NEW Escape 5.0 TA Fifthwheel

Hello Everyone,

Here are some early photos of the NEW Escape 5.0 TA Fifthwheel. We are using the back of the 21' Escape with the front of the Escape 5.0 Fifthwheel together to create the lines for the new Fifthwheel. As mentioned in an earlier post this trailer will be 8"wider, 8" longer and 5" wider.

Reace and I were in Vernon two weeks ago dropping off the back roof which was to be scabbed onto the trailer plug.

Here are some current photos with the back roof on.

We hope you enjoy them.

Reace and Tammy

8 inches longer? Does that make it 27.5 inches in length? Wow. Almost as big as my house! :-)
Let's see, that would be 40 feet total length with the truck in B.C. Ferry land .......yikes!

That is looking really good.

Looks like with the wedge shaped filler piece on the roof, the headroom is going to be even more than in the 21'.

I can't wait to see side by side pictures of both 5.0s together. We are going to need a new owners map pin color soon.

Man, you must be awfully small people if your house is only 27.5 inches long

Ha ha! You're right, Doug. About the typo not the being small bit! Sorry, 27.5 feet.

I'm sure people wanting a bigger 5th wheel model will love it. We'll be having a slide out option next

Its not going to be 8' longer, its going to be 8" longer than the existing 5.0. I would not want it if it were 27.5' long.

And I'm guessing it will be ...8" wider, 8" longer and 5" higher...

It looks beautiful. And yes, BIG!

Can anyone clarify what the 1st picture in the set is? I'm guessing it's what Tammy mentions as such:

"Reace and I were in Vernon two weeks ago dropping off the back roof which was to be scabbed onto the trailer plug."

But it doesn't mean anything to this novice.

I think it is a piece of roof that will provide the shape for the sloped part of the roof, from the upper to lower sections.

Hi: padlin... Picture a cargo trailer load of "Jigsaw Puzzle" pieces. This looks like a giant case of "Cut and paste".
I always liked cut and paste in school...except eating the paste!!! Alf
