It appears that demand is still ahead of supply even after ETI's recent expansion. Eventually supply and demand should stabalize and the backlog of orders will reach a more moderate level.
Until then all I can do is sit on my money and hope for the best.
A lot may change in the next year and a half with the exchange rates and tariffs which could make the ordering delay a blessing or a disaster , neither of which is the fault of or controlled by ETI.
I need to remember that patience is a virtue .

Maybe I'm dreaming, but I thought I read where we might know something by the end of this month about revisions to the current production schedule. I'm hoping to move up from the August 21 date for our 5.0TA. Has anyone heard anything or have an idea if it's for sure that there'll be the opportunity to get an earlier finish date for trailers already scheduled for 2017? Thanks!

John , the only definitive information I have seen is from Reace on this thread; http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/f2...date-9311.html
What is unclear is if the planned increase in production numbers is still in the implementation stage and not yet reflected in the currently posted schedule.

I was wondering about that, but I also figured they took that into consideration already as they might lose out on some sales by saying they're not taking orders right now.

9-12 mos out on Molded Glass trailer orders is pretty much industry standard, so ETI is already back to normal from the 2015-16 deluge. Scamp has been runnning 9-12 mos from order to delivery for as far back as I can remember and is currently at that same wait.

Thanks, Eric. I guess I just need to be patient, but am hoping that the goal of 2 units per shift will impact the current schedule and that we'll be asked if we want to move up. I'm waiting to make travel plans until I know for sure of any possible schedule changes.

When ours got moved up last year (originally Nov 2017 completion date for the 19', now October 2017) Tammy told us there might be another opportunity to move up the dates again in Jan or Feb.. so I am guessing the increased production goal is still in the work.

John, have you let ETI know that you would like an earlier date if one should open up?

I wonder if they installed a backup webpage and forgot to update it.
Or maybe they heard that a couple of you have bets on when they sell out and are gaming the system

I'm confused by the production scheule. I was sent a Email asking if I wanted to move up in the production cue, I replied, yes, I would like to move up. I was then sent an Email saying the schedule was full.

It is possible that they will have some openings come up later and will tell you then. (Some people like their dates and do not want to move up if earlier openings should come along. We did not move up when asked.)

I don't recall them using dates on their site, which is kind of weird when you have a site that changes information, such as the Delivery Schedule page. "Updated as of xxxx" should be on a page like this.

Maybe others replied before you and they got moved up and then the schedule was full. Who knows.
For anyone wanting to move up their delivery date. Make sure it's on your build sheet that you want to be moved up. Our request was on there at one point, but when we switched to a 2017 model vs the 2016 model we originally ordered, that information didn't get transferred. I never could figure out why as everything else was pretty much the same. But, since it was originally on page 3 or 4 and I'd only print out the first two pages, I never noticed it wasn't on there any longer.
So, yeah, make sure it's on there.

My guess is, this is what happened. I replied pretty quick. Must not have been quick enough.

I would give them a call. I believe that they only take a deposit when they have a slot open for you on the schedule.

I received a slot of October 23rd when I put my deposit down. My confusion comes from them asking me if I want to move up, me saying yes, and them replying, there are no spots to move up to at this time.
