Go big or go home. We're out here pushing the merchandise from coast to coast and border to border. Looks good to me.
Should in in by winter I'd hope.

Looking good Reace. The rafters and roof won't be long now.

We have been impatiently waiting...just like many of you! There will be a lot of juggling once we get moving. This new building is the new fiberglass facility. The new layout with expanded room and improved production and assembly equipment will allow for faster production. This combined with the new mold design. This new building will be able to maintain the proper temperature 24 hours a day any time of the year. This will help as our molds will now be able to stay indoors and remain at a constant temperature. Currently we move the molds into the shop and they are pre-heated in the spray booth overnight for the following day build.
This building will also house the 3-4 trailers at the beginning of production where the windows get cut out, belly band installed, exterior lights installed, etc. That crew will be happy to be out of the cold as they are currently in the lean-to tent on the end of the building.

Once the fiberglass area is opened up in the main building, we will begin renovations to expand our assembly line inside from 9 bays to 16 bays. The headliner bay will relocate to another building on the property...expanding from 1 bay to 3 bays.

Tammy and her crew will be relocating to the front building within the next couple of months as the front business is nearing completion on their new location.

Exciting times are now just around the corner! And for those of you waiting...so is the new 5.0TA. I am expecting to receive the new molds by the end of September.

Yay!

Look at all the naked, need to be worked on, fiberglass shells! Not enough production room or do they need to sit outside for a while to finish curing and/or venting off fiberglass fumes? Heck if I know all that stuff.

Congratulations on the progress Reace, Tammy and Crew. It must feel really good to be past all the initial problems and seeing such progress. Looks like you are at stage where the siding roofing and insulation will happen quickly. I can't wait to see it all in May.

Glad to see that progress is being made. Lots of work yet, but at least there now is an end it sight.

Very much looking forward to seeing the new 5.0TA come out of the 2017 moulds.

Excellent. Creating a business and getting it over the birth pains to expansion as you have done is a challenge few can endure. Those long hours/days/weeks/months/years poring over the spread sheets to confirm this could work is only worthwhile if you have a bit of a masochist in your DNA. Heck, I got jazzed the first time I shipped parts to Australia and that's hardly a burp compared to where you've been (and are going..)
