You could always have your steel tanks filled to 16 lbs.
Same amount of gas as Viking, and you'd have four pounds less to lift.

It appears that the Viking composite tanks are reinforced with glass fibres, not Kevlar. While some composite pressure vessels use Kevlar, the Viking web site mentions only fiberglass... and from a cost standpoint I wouldn't expect anyone to use Kevlar in such a low-pressure and low-priced application. Not that the fibre really matters...

Find a better place to fill your tanks. Never Blue Rhino, Try UHaul on Marginal Way in Portland or a propane place,.
