Tire protection ?

2-3 weeks til pickup. Booked 2 months in Texas next January and February. Any thoughts on tire protection for Texas sun ?

As long as they will fit 205 by 15 tires you should be good. If you’re going to be where there is strong wind you need to cinch them down . Grommets and a bungee or whatever else you might have around.
Binder twine will work but may be considered tacky. Ours are white and I think most are. I’ve not camped in the south for extended periods of time but our previous owner did. I have used them though a few times
Trying to fool people into thinking I have couth. Of course that all goes south when they slow down to exchange pleasantries and I say “Sup, dogger?”

I imagine the sun in the winter is not half as bad as it is in the summer...
