Near as I can tell, there is no way for it to go off-topic.

Cool! You bring the wine-- yours is better than ours anyway. Meanwhile.....

Do all those emoticons stay in operation even when we're not watching?
(And, yes, I already know that a tree falling in the forest can still hear you coming!)

Hi: dfandrews... If a guy goes out into the forest and sits on a rock to contemplate life... is he still "WRONG"!!! Alf

Alf,
I cannot answer, because either way I answer is also wrong. It's like second order-wrongness. Can somebody graph this?

Don (or so it says on my drivers lic.)

Not exactly a second order wrongness graph, but useful nonetheless:

There's also degrees of wrongness. As an example, if you try to twist and turn to avoid facing the music, there is a torsional effect (TE).

If d=the distance, from the one playing the music, to you, the one who must face it, then
TE = pi/2 ( d4)

Good idea, Alan. Thanks.

One can also (on windows OS's) 'click' on an icon they like,
'right-click' then click 'copy' in the window. The icon is now in the clipboard, and can be added wherever wanted by 'right-click'ing to get the window, then clicking 'paste'.
(or just use Ctrl-v).

Select, Command C to copy and Command V to paste. I did that the other day day to place the head-banging emoticon in a post on FGRV. Copied from here and pasted over there.
