All other late guys and plugs are working.
No lights on the refrigerator.
Where is the control board on the exterior section?

The following is based on the dometic control board for 3way refrigerators with an integrated igniter. Refer to your manual for a diagram.
All controls operate on 12v. So if there are no lights it is a 12v problem.
Open the outside door to the refrigerator to access the back of the unit. The lower control board is under the plastic cover that has to come off. It has a screw and needs to be pried off with a screwdriver. Refer to your manual.
The board will have 2 fuses, 3 amp and 5 amp. Check those. If they are ok set your multimeter to dc volts and put red probe on the wire going to J4 (dc +) and the black wire on J10 (ground). If you don’t have 12v then dc power isn’t getting to the refrigerator.
If you get 12v at J4 then move to the six wire harness clip in the upper left corner of the board. Unclip the harness but note where the orange and red wires connect to the board. There should be 12v between those connections. If there is 12v then power is going to the upper control board and the problem is either the harness or the upper board.
Even if the upper control board is dark, refer to your manual to see if your model has a “limp mode” that will operate as long as there is power to the refrigerator.
