Non-Owner's Classified
Another RV forum that I am a member of has a category for posting non-member's classifieds. The idea is that if you come across an ad (Craigslist, RV Trader, Oodle, etc.) for a used unit, post it in this ongoing thread. This is really helpful for those looking to buy used.
Does this forum have a similar thread already? I hope this is OK with the moderators? If not, please delete.
Here is an Escape 21 I just found:

The way you did it was fine. Perhaps non members do not know about us, we will never know?

I've watched those posts over on FGRV and would never post one ( a referral ). All that happens is that people who can't read start asking questions of the person who made the referral. Do it if you like, but you're just asking for grief.

That has not been an issue on the other forum I mentioned. In fact, it has been a valuable resource for those who choose not to, or cannot afford to, buy new.

While I have seen this a couple times, it is definitely not the norm. I found my daughter's trailer through a referral there.

It's not a big deal. I just keep seeing people asking questions about the trailer and expecting answers from the person who made the referral. If you can be bothered, go ahead.

It's not approval or disapproval. It's simply information, which you can ignore if you choose, or not.

I would like to personally THANK YOU HiLola for taking the time to think of others by doing this. I'm one of those people looking for a used Escape, we want the first generation and unless something changes would not even consider 2nd generation. I live in GA so very difficult to keep checking all the sites more west of me where I believe our best chance is to find what we hope to one day. Good thing is no big hurry, we love out Casita but one day hopefully sooner then later we plan to full time more so we think we will like that extra space.
PLEASE keep looking and letting us know, I for one appreciate it.
Safe and enjoyable travels to all.
Steve

Thanks, Steve. I'm hoping other forum members will post their finds as well, creating a resource for the benefit of everyone looking for a used trailer.
Ideally, we would like to order a new Escape but if we can find a deal on a used one, we may go that route instead.
