As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. I don't find it a lot different than other forums.

I am logged in but cannot for the life of me see where the button is to post a new thread.

Immediately under the last post, on the left side, you'll see "post reply".

You can also choose to hit the "quote" button if you want a specific post to be included in your post.

You can then preview your post and make corrections etc. or just hit "submit reply".

For a totally new thread, choose the appropriate subforum, and then at the top left will be a button for a new thread.

I thought about it later and then I realized that I'd made a boo-boo.

How could he have posted his question if he couldn't post.

I’m pretty sure I’ve misread and misresponded to posts. It’s easy in this format to write a quick response and mis the mark. I know I’ve done it. I just hope he got what he needed from each response.
