I have been rather impressed with the RVLife app capabilities. In addition to finding campgrounds utilizing several filters, it shows rest stops as well as routes that don’t take you to places that make you wish that you had signed up for a cargo retrieval helicopter plan.

It took a bit but I finally became somewhat competent on using the free subscription to RV trip wizard. It is a wonderful tool but the learning curve was great for me. I have used it extensively and really appreciate the tool.


Well.....After planning an extensive trip to the SW last week (on trip wizard), went to site today and alas, the freebie is over. It is $65/yr. Am contemplating the paid service. It is such a great tool for trip planning. Just have to creak open that credit card.
