Thanks Janet. I did that, but the error persists. The screen shows the error I posted above, and there's a troubleshooting message of a network error.
I'm sorry you're having trouble - we don't really have a way to change tapatalks product but we do have a mobile view that's pretty slick (and free). You might try that. Your device should auto detect it when you visit the site but if not, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the style picker in the bottom left corner - select mobile.
