Tapatalk unuseable on Android

My Tapatalk app is now unuseable on Android. When you attempt to read any thread an error occurs. See screenshot.

The Tapatalk forums suggest this is a bug but it's been fixed. Obviously it hasn't.

I personally do not like Tapatalk, and click on "View Full Site" on my iPhone.

I found the app to be better on iPhone than it is on Android. Trouble free on iPhone, buggier on Android. Using the mobile site right now because there's no choice.

I'm sorry you are having trouble. You might try uninstalling and reloading and see if it helps

Thanks Janet. I did that, but the error persists. The screen shows the error I posted above, and there's a troubleshooting message of a network error.

I'm sorry you're having trouble - we don't really have a way to change tapatalks product but we do have a mobile view that's pretty slick (and free). You might try that. Your device should auto detect it when you visit the site but if not, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the style picker in the bottom left corner - select mobile.

Just an update: Tapatalk app appears to be working now. I think it was caused by an issue with Tapatalk and not the site or the phone.
