Now we ask or tell:
1. Reboot
2. Clear the cache
3. What upgrades were done recently on your device?
and on and on.
My IT person always had a number 4. Did you check the loose nut behind the keyboard? I actually saw someone pick up the keyboard and look when she was talking to them one day.
Ken, I think it's because the mobile version of the site wasn't published before and now it is. Since your phone calls up a mobile site version by default, you saw it for the first time. I realized earlier that when I used a browser before on my iPhone, I always used to get the full site. Now I get the mobile one.
Have you thought about using the Tapatalk app? I think it works much better on a mobile device.
