Url for pic posts

I should know but I don't, I try and send replies to my posts and would like to attach pics but it asks for my URL for the pics?? What address does it require? Did not ask me before, I just clicked attachments and it went to my photos and I downloaded them.

Not exactly sure what you are asking, but when I reply, as I am doing newt your post, or my own posts, the same procedure applies. If I want to attach a photo I have it on my desktop and the computer selects it and uploads when I high light it.

I just clicked on quote ( to get your question ) and there is a paper clip next to the smiley face at the top. Click on that and you can browse the files in your computer and attach.

If you use the icon (button) of a landscape, it inserts the code for a linked image, and has to ask you for the link address (URL). The address is wherever the image is located. Here's an example, using the forum logo as an image that is hosted somewhere:

The code looks like this:

{IMG}http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/images/ef/misc/logo.png{/IMG}

(but with "[" and "]" instead of "{" and "}", because the code block feature of the forum software is not working properly)

What you were doing before, and can still do, is to attach the image file to your post, uploading it from your computer, as explained above.
