5.0 on the way!

Things are coming together! Our build sheet is in and the Andersen hitch and rails are installed on our 2022 f150. It’ll be delivered to MA in early March. I’ve been reading lots of stuff on this amazing forum and am now very well informed… we are upgrading from 13’ scamp. I’m here because I like to be informed, get ideas, solve problems and meet great people with a common interest. My name is Todd. My wife is Neva. Maple is our dog and the 5.0 is called Dreamland. Oh and Todd and the Hobos is my band. Good travel tunes for the road if you need some hope to see you down the road!

Welcome to the site and congratulations on the 5.0! Last year, I was in your position, and I just finished a cross country trip two weeks ago.

I suggest you find a rally and book a site. We’ve been to a couple and have learned so much. The rallies usually book 6 months or so in advance….

Yes that’s a great idea! I will look into a rally for sure.

Congrats Todd,

I remember when I picked up our 5.0 in May 2020. My feet did not hit the ground all season. I fell in love with it and then put 20K miles on it.

Still love it. You will too.

Be prepared to have a learning curve. You may find an issue or two, but you're in good hands here.

Now get ready to get out there. And write when you need help.
