A couple more Escapee Newbies

After waiting over a year, like most of you other folks, and lurking around the forum, we finally picked up our 5.0TA Classic this Wednesday in Sumas. Exciting to say the least.

New to RVING, tent camped a long time ago. So not just exciting but a bit of a stress test. But good one so far. This Forum has been very helpful and we greatly appreciate the info all you seasoned Escapees have provided.

Are on our initial maiden voyage and stayed in Bay View State Park, WA thanks to a suggestion on the forum from one of you folks. Sorry do not recall who, but Thanks.

Departing tomorrow, heading back to home in Maryland, taking 4 weeks to get there. Took about 2 weeks to get to Chilliwack, using hotel points without a trailer (glad we had the points saved up).

Never saw an Escape on the road for the last year, nor even on our trip across USA to ETI.
As soon as we picked it up and headed south from Sumas, we saw a 5.0 headed north in Washington. I guess we had to buy one to see one...LOL

THANKS TO ALL THE FOLKS WHO MADE THIS FORUM AVAILABLE.

Ernie & Joy

Cockeysville, Md., my old place of residence, send me a private message when you get a chance, I can inform you of several nice places nearby to camp.
