Found a nice one locally!

We just closed a deal on the 2009 Escape 19 in the classifieds from Nautilus. Bob and Didgie (the previous owners) have been full-timing in it for for about six months and wanted to move up to a larger Bigfoot. The trailer is absolutely immaculate, and includes the front box, screen room, a new ac unit, custom awnings, and more.

I was planning to order one from the factory April 1st, but am very happy to have found this "like new" one so close to home! I will post pictures later in the week, but it is a very exciting day.

Good things happen to good people. Glad you found a nice used unit. It does not excuse you from dragging her northeast, northwest, or west so we can see her some day.
Best of luck
Dave

Thank you all. Lou and I are looking forward to tasting a touch of "pre-retirement". We will probably just be doing one or two weekends a month within a three hour drive for now. Eventually pretty much the whole country and some of Canada!

Hi: FlaGman... That's exactly how we used "Our Escape Hatch". It gave us 5 working years to pay for it. We now enjoy retirement in "Escape Hatch II".
BTW Welcome to the family Alf

Just wanted to say what wonderful group you are

I really miss my Casita, camping etc, I have expressed this before I brought a Harley in early 80s because of the people (the good people) and the Casita purchase was the same way. The people that own these units are truly good people. I cannot begin to tell you how many times this nyer needed help, and the casita people were there to help. I am on the fence between an Oliver or escape but either way I know I meet some truly good people. I do not wish to hijack this thread but I just had to say thanks again for you fine folks. Safe travels
