Got Lucky in the pipline....

Well we got hit with the Lucky Stick. A post last Saturday about entering the pipeline and today after a chat with Tammy we have a late November delivery on that 19 footer. Being resigned to wait until maybe March , did that schedule change and new staffing make my day. Wow, you never know.. Sure would like to thank all of you out there for doing most of my homework for me. Other than a few things that build sheet is not going to a big issue but don’t hang-up there may be a question or two. There are some really good ideas coming out of this Forum. There has to be a lot of beer being consumed at the campfires while dreaming up new tricks. Now just have to figure out how to use the sight.!!!!

The short list includes cold weather prep, full solar and 1500w inverter ( part time office, hoping to be on the road a LOT) and a triple receiver on the back, I’m good. The 100# dog wants Air, he’s good. Now the wife, well that lip stick list will get longish, snagging that 2014 price is gone already. Tried the U-shaped dinette thinking it would be better for an iffy back. Won’t work for me, to tall and can’t get in behind with two posts. Will retro fit the bench with a futon type hinge setup and make it into a recliner. Making it up into a bed for the hound will be a pain. Spoiled or what??

Still can’t say enough about the way these units are put together, that has to say something about the people at ETI. Not many cases out there now where you get what you pay for and actually hold some value.

See you all on the road some where.

Welcome

Welcome aboard Norseman. Glad to have another rv'er with such good tastes in trailers. My 19 is everything I had hoped for and more than I expected.

On luck - our 21 date is 8/22, so we reluctantly put up our Casita 17 for sale this weekend thinking it would take a month or so to sell. Wrong - took 1 day, 1 buyer, for full asking price ($14K) so we're halfway to the price of our new Escape! No camping this summer, though.........now back to the build sheet!
