Welcome to the forum, nothing compares to an Escape in my books.

Suggest you describe what you are looking for.

On the right side of this screen is a small ad for Escape Trailer Industries. Suggest you click on that, enter the site and look at the floor plans, etc.

It sounds like a 17B would most closely fit the description of what you're looking for. But, none of the stock floor plans for a 17B or a 19 have a front bath or a dinette along either side wall (if I've read your post correctly). In the 19, the dinette is in the very front, and it has a permanent queen bed in the back. The bathroom is located along the left side (as you're looking forward), opposite the sink and stove.

The 17B has a similar arrangement, but without a permanent bed so you'd have an additional "sitting area" when the bed isn't made up.

There is a bit of leeway to alter the stock floor plans Escape offers, if you were to order a new one... for example some folks have swapped out the dinette and bed locations in the 19, but I don't think putting the bathroom up front is possible. It would also be unlikely to find a used one with a custom floor plan.

Well the good news is there is no carpet in any Escape, at least not any that I've heard of!!

My advice to you is spend some time on ETI's website looking at the floor plans, contact them to see what modifications are possible, and then arrange to look at a 17B and a 19 in person in your area. This will give you a much better idea if an Escape is what you really want.

I have friends who just went through a similar thought process. They wanted twin beds and a front bathroom and were disappointed to find Escape was unable to modify their floor plans to meet their needs. They ended up looking at a Casita, 17B, and my 19, as well as a bunch of stick-built trailers. They ended up buying a used 19 and are very happy with it, having ultimately decided it fits their needs very well.

Your desired floor plan is much closer to a Casita than it is to any Escape - you should also check out their trailers.
