As an interesting note, our youngest daughter lived near Eagan until just a year ago.

It is rare personalities that choose to purchase a travel trailer that requires them to journey more than half way across the continent just to bring it home. Looking forward to meeting one day.

Last September we attended the Mississippi Rally as guests, we were welcomed and were able to tour a good amount of Escapes. We are planning to attend again this year. Lots of good folks there.
We will be returning to Minnesota on the northern route (Hwy 2) into North Dakota, we will be taking 3 weeks for the return journey.

Hi Ronn,

We are in the Appleton area, or for the Canadians we are between Milwaukee and Green Bay.

Since you are new to RVing and will be on the road for 3 weeks consider getting the phone number of one or two of the more experienced forum members you may have met at the rally. I exchanged several texts and calls with fellow forum members that brought their new 19 across the country back to NJ. I know this put them at ease knowing they could contact someone who knows their specific trailer well.

Ronn if you're taking #2 right through Grand Forks and staying there we may join you for a night and see your new 5.0. We're only an hour and a bit north of Grand Forks. We usually stay at the East Grand Forks campground - Red River State Rec Area.

Since Rubicon suggests getting phone numbers ours is two zero four three zero four one seven nine zero

Thanks Adrian, I made note of your phone number, that was a great suggestion from rubicon.
I appreciate the offer to meet and am disappointed it wont work out. That would have been fun for us to meet up with you. We are planning to head south to I90 around Williston and then we are staying at Theodore Roosevelt National Park near Mendora ND. We have reservations there July 1 through July 3. Then we are planning a stop at my brother's which is just east of Fargo and home on the 6th.
We are still planning on the Black Hills Rally, are you still planning that?
