Trailer: 2021 Escape 17B

Hello from Alberta

We just put a deposit on a 17B - but it's for a 2022 delivery - Yikes! Hopefully there's enough cancellations or increased production so we can get it some time in 2021.

We've spent the last 20 years in a Coleman tent trailer, but now that I'm retiring, I figure I've earned something a bit more comfortable.

Welcome

When we ordered ours it was a nine month wait , it went by quick. It will be worth it. Three years in and we still love our trailer. We also had a tent trailer for 15 years before getting our Escape. I keep my fingers crossed that you date gets moved up.

We just ordered the 19 for oct delivery 21, we r hoping for move up time also. Just curious why u have decided on the 17b. What r u planning on towing with. We r thinking ridgeline for the 19. Am going to meet with sawdusty soon to discuss his rl.

We don't need much space - 20 years in an 8 foot Coleman proved that. So the 17 will be easier to tow and park, less fuel, etc. We're currently using a Honda Passport, rated at 5000 lb with a transmission cooler, so should be able to handle the 17.

I fully retired and then purchased a 2018 Escape 19. Original completion was for July of 2018 but I was watching the Escape website and noticed availability in January so moved our order up. Hope you get lucky as well. We looked at the 17 but we have 2 dogs and my wife decided she needed the extra space.
