If you have a gray water tank you have another roof hole. If you get an awning you have holes at the edge of the roof. I would not skip the solar due to concerns about leaking, and I strongly recommend the solar.

If you are planning to use the microwave in the late fall in the NE US you will need to use your generator. You will probably also need the furnace which is an electricity hog.

I understand your concerns, but Escapes really are significantly different. If you are planning on driving under low trees and have the branches drag on the roof (and tear things off,) all bets are off. But short of that, checking a bit of calking every year or two should do it.

Well we are considering the following additional options: the storage box, insulation and thermal windows, aluminum rims, 3 burner stove with cover, 2 shelves inside the wardrobe closet, one extra 110v outlet just below the counter if they can, and e-z lube axles if available.

Was also considering the foam on the underside of the trailer but it must be a nightmare trying to work on anything afterwards. Was curious if two inch hard insulation board could be glued to the underside of the plywood before assembled?

Also, has anyone ever ordered there trailer without the front and rear window?

We ended up contacting escape and we did get the additional options plus two others, the quick disconnect propane connection and we upgraded from the 27 to the 29 group battery. We also went with the dark green graphics.
