Hello from Tacoma!

Hi everyone, did the usual and owned a used Rockwood MiniLite for a year or so and found I loved camping. Then researched a better trailer and easily focused in on Escape. My 2018 21' will be ready for pickup this June and I can hardly wait. After retiring, and then selling the 1939 40' power boat (have had boats for 28 years), I'm ready to "cruise" in my Escape trailer and see the land of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Started a blog a year ago with that first trailer and my journeys, will continue with the new trailer, and with non-trailer adventures as well, travelswithtowhee.com. I'm so appreciative of all of the information that everyone shares here. I'm a retired diesel truck mechanic, but there's still lots in the world that I don't know about. Thanks everyone. I see you've been a member since last year. I too joined and for months just read all the great information available here before introducing myself.

I'm about 550 miles south of you off of Interstate 5 here in Northern California. You've purchased a top quality, top value trailer in my opinion. Hope you enjoy many great travels and adventures in your new Escape. Welcome to the forum!
