hello there ...

...
I'm Mel, living in the Lower Mainland

I used to go on camping trips (mostly Ostsee in Germany) with my dad when I was a kid and lost total interest in camping.

My hubby loves the idea of camping and had his mind set on an Airstream until he found the Escapes.

Since we live close to Chilliwack we went to ETI the other day and were lucky to have the opportunity to get a closer look at them.

Now we're interested in a 21' and hope to order one asap.

Maybe camping isn't as bad after all

cheers, Mel (& Ron)

You'll find camping in North America much different than Deutschland. Much wider variety of scenery plus we many campgrounds have power and water. Usually the campground layouts have much more room between trailers, too.

I hope you realize they're changing some things on the trailers for all new orders. So, the 21' you saw at the factory won't be the exact model you'll be ordering on April 1st (or whenever you do order).

Unless you lucked out in seeing the outside of the new styling on the 19' while you were there.

Camping with a trailer (especially an Escape) takes the worry out of planning getaways (if it rains you are cosy and warm) and wherever you park it becomes you new backyard, complete with trees and wildlife. I hope you are able to take the plunge of buying AND USING a trailer, regardless of brand. We can't wait for this years adventures to begin for us!

Welcome Mel and Ron,
Try to make one of the Escape's Rallies in May in Osoyoos, it is a sight to see over a hundred eggs lined up.
