Trailer: WAS Waiting for the 23 now looking for other options with dry bath

Smile Hoping to be an Escape owner soon

Hi, we don’t yet have an Escape, we’ve been waiting to see what they come up with for 23 foot designs. We currently have a 23 foot in another (stick?) brand with a bump out and would prefer a fibreglass realizing there will be no bump out. The walk around queen bed and a dry bath are decision makers for us so we have our fingers crossed one of the final designs will include those.

We live in Ontario and currently only get out in our trailer a few times a year because that’s all the vacation we have. We pretty much always head west so we’ve got that drive from Ontario to Alberta/BC down to a science!

Been looking at fibreglass trailers for a year now and have it down to either Escape or Bigfoot and or leaning heavily in favour of Escape. For us there are 2 big negatives for Bigfoot - price and the interiors look like they are stuck in the 80’s.

Looking forward to learning more about Escape through this forum.

Good luck on your selection...Bigfoot can also be a bit heavier.

Welcome Shelley, to our little fiberglass world. Although there are no Escape 23's yet, there are plenty of Escape 21's out. Contact the factory and they can put you int touch with an owner near you so that you can see the quality first hand. In addition there is a rally scheduled for September, hopefully, you can then see a group of Escapes. See here for info https://www.escapeforum.org/forums/f...0-a-17319.html

Thanks for the suggestions. We had planned a drive to B.C. this summer to see the factory but now we’re not sure if travel and campgrounds will be opened by end of June. Fingers crossed.

We had a 2007 Escape 17B, great trailer, just wanted a permanent mattress so we have a new E19 sitting at the factory. We were very happy with the Escape, I'm sure will you will be too.
