With a 10%+ PRICE INCREASE you might want to reconsider.

Well,

We did the deposit today. I don't have a crystal ball, but hopefully there won't be another price increase for many months. I can't tolerate many 10% increases. If they drop the 17A before ours is built, I'll be really grumpy.

They only increase pricing once a year so if there is another one it will be next summer.
