Just looking and learning.

Hi-I’ve been looking at trailers for a while now and am impressed with the Escape (esp 21). I haven’t seen one in person yet. My tow vehicle is a Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel-I’ve towed boats and u haul trailers with it but not yet an RV.
My RV experience is as a child with my family, but I’d like to be able to do longish road trips with my wife and two dogs. I live in Ottawa, Canada.
Cheers!

Welcome to the forum Jon. There are a few folks in your area with Escapes, you could call the factory and see if they have anyone that shows theirs.

Rally

Hi Jon
Since you’re a road trip kind of guy perhaps you’d be interested in the Wine Escape Rally at Niagara Falls Ontario in September. There are usually a fair number of escapes of all sizes there including 21s. You can find it under the Rally section of this Forum. There is a motel attached to the campground as well as nearby bed and breakfast opportunities. In the past a number of prospective owners have stayed at the motel. You are welcome at all if the events of this rally. The only downside at this time is the Covid 19 pandemic which we all hope will be of a much lesser concern by mid September. Towing a 21 with a diesel Grend Cherokee should not be a problem. In my opinion.

Hi, cousin!

(Probably not, but who knows? Most of our Mayers are on the east coast of the US.)

BC Provincial government pressing Federal government to keep border closed for a long time to come. If open, you might have to go into a 14 day quarantine.

Hi: Jon Mayer. I know there's a 19'er in Orleans, a 5.0TA in Manotick and a 19 or 21 in Rockland among others but the Factory in Chilliwack will know for certain. We usually take our 5.0TA to Orleans for some driveway camping to visit the grands... but this year is so very different!!! The trailer sits "Home alone" Alf
