Looking into escapes
Hi all, I have been a member for a while trying to learn as much as I can about the Escape...big and small. We are getting close to committing but here's the question. Would it be appropriate to come to the rally in Osoyoos in late May? We don't have a rig so we would be staying in town at a hotel and hoping to come out and meet some of you and take a look in your rigs. I have know idea if this is intrusive or not so I'm putting it out there! We live about 4 hrs from Osoyoos so it is close. Be honest now because I sure don't want to be "that" person who crashed an event! lol

You'll never have a better opportunity to check them out, they will be happy to have you.

Send a PM to Catchlight and ask him where he stayed. They brought bikes and rode from the motel to site.

I think attending the "get together" would be a fine way to help your decision-making process. The people who attend with their trailers expect people to show-up looky-looking. I think they would like it!
When we made our decision we didn't get to Osyoos but drove to Chilliwack since we live close by. A huge benefit you will have is an opportunity to see how owners are using their trailers.
Take your cheque book, I think Reece and Tammy will be ready to take you down-payment. I read that other people have done this at the rally.
Enjoy. Larry

Rally
Hi Jill- if you have the time by all means go! No better place to see not only the different models but also to see the little extras that aren't seen on Escape's website.
Campers put out out a small Canadian flag when they're having open house- or is it howoose?
Love Nelson, if you know Joy at the yoga studio please say hello!

Welcome, Jill! Yes, people certainly do go to these things and can stay in a hotel or a tent or another trailer brand. Lots of folks like to show their trailers and are expecting you.

I highly recommend you attending the rally. Not only will you have an opportunity to see everything you wanted to know about Escapes, you will meet some really great people and have a really great time. I bicycled from the campground into town while there and it was a short and easy trip. We would love to have you visit and join in the fun.
