Made the commitment! A 17B has my name on it.
After lots of research (including lurking on these forums and the Escape FB group), I decided to fling myself into the future and ordered my 17B on Monday.
I've been flirting with fulltiming in a camper ever since the mid-90s. Now I'm committed! I'm investing in a setup that can be my gypsy home. A very exciting turning point in my life's journey.

Yes! Thank goodness I have time to think over all the options. Looking a people's pictures here helps me visualize what is possible. I think it's cool that you can pick your decal color. I'm thinking of going for "berry" for a purple look to match the textiles I got in Peru that are in my Casita and will move into the Escape.

Hi there and welcome to the Forum
If you are open to sharing It would be fun to read about; your background in towing/trailering, your decision making process re deciding on a 17b for full-timing, what/where you envision in your full-timing future.
Take your time, no rush although I’m sure some of us Forum readers would be interested in reading as much or as little of your answers as you are willing to share

Just committed on a 17B
We are glad to hear so many positive comments on this forum as we just committed to a purchase of a 17B. Option selection is the next discussion for us as well. Looking forward to an August delivery.

Build sheet done!
It took an hour and half for Tina to talk me through everything, but now my build sheet is complete. I'm impressed with the customer service at ETI. Tina really helped me create a plan that will fit my needs. I still have months to tweak it, but this makes the whole thing feel real!
An exciting day.

It's so true about the customer service. Even the most trivial of questions is helpfully answered, and the vast experience of the sales people is very helpful! Mine build is due--finalized-- in 9 days. I still have some things on the fence, and some things just need locations, like 12 v and 120 outlets inside. Our 17s will be fraternal twins! I'll be sitting with a glass of wine when mine is done.
