Ms B New Member

I'm in my mature years and am thinking of getting a 17B. It is just me and my Border Collie. Have been retired for a while and my dream is to travel across Canada ending up ad L'anse au Meadow (NFLD). Any assistance is welcome especially if I am looking at a used one. Looks like a good group. CIAO for now.flowers:

Welcome Ms B, have you seen this http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/f1...ale-13453.html
also you may want to post under the section "Wanted" your wants and we can them play matchmaker. Tell us about your tow vehicle, for example...

Sorry Jim,
Trying to figure out how to use this site. But I think I gave you an answer but I have a Tacoma TRD Offroad, can pul 6400 lbs or 2900 kg.
Am at the 'becoming informed' stage and will look forward to a purchase in the Spring.

Welcome, Roberta!

The Tacoma could handle any Escape (except possibly the 5.0TA), but if you're sure that the 17A suits you, then there's no need to consider other models. The biggest challenge will likely be finding a used one for sale, since more people pick the 17B version. Fortunately, the 17-Foot was the first model built by Escape, so there are a lot of them out there.
