New 19 headed to Texas next October.

I can't believe almost a year to wait but she is ordered.

Congrats Taryn! Really, you're going to be surprised how fast the time flys. The time waiting will provide you plenty of opportunity to educate yourself and make plans for your future. Almost makes (me) feel arrogant when thinking about the folks that go onto nearly any street corner and buy a (sticky) trailer off a lot. They don't know what they're missing!

I agree Donna, I've been lurking for some time so I have some idea as to what I want but I'm sure there will tons of questions. I'm going to Matagorda Madness next month to check out three 19s and a few 5s, I will have lots of questions for them. I have a while to get this all figured out. I almost bought a stick because the only fiberglass I was seeing was Casita, I'm a 6 footer and they just felt too short. So glad I found out about Escapes. Oh I get to add myself to the map. See ya later.

Maybe we will get enough to do an Escape Rally in for the Southern states in the next few years. I will be picking brains and comparing what you other folks ordered. The heat we deal with is much different than Canada and the Northern States and I'm curious to find out what options work the best for us. The plus side is we can camp pretty much year round and not do much winterizing. I'm so excited!!!

Visiting the Escape owners at Matagorda will very beneficial. I am unable to attend MM this year. I recommend the double insulation & double panes just for the heat and humidity. Have Escape do all they can to help your refrigerator operate in hot weather. Enjoy the coast.

I had been setting my sights on the scamp & casita, when I notice a fiberglass trailer with a oak leaf cover on the spare tire cover in our Costco lot. As I was walking over to inquire about it, they drove off leaving me with only the word "Escape" burned in my brain. The rest was a no brainer. Our 19 is scheduled for a Sept 8th roll-out. A real perk is the 5 hour drive from home to Chilliwack.

Maple leaf, maple leaf. Sorry, my bad. I hate when my stupidity shows up.

Maybe if enough of us order we can get them to provide a tire cover with a Texas flag on it.

I think it needs both the leaf and Texas flag on it.
