New 5.0 Nebraska Owners
My husband and I are impatiently awaiting the flatbed delivery of our new 5.0 to Omaha Nebraska. It has been 11 months since we drove to Minnesota to see a 5.0 and start the ordering process. We have been campers for 40 years but this is our first RV. So many new things to learn, we have viewing the you tube videos and reading many posts. It is very reassuring to know there is a community of support if we have a question or two. Hope to see you on the road. Deb Tom and Buddy the dog

Hello
Hello Deb and Tom
I know you’ll have some great times with your new Escape. We lived in Council Bluffs for 8 years in the 1970’s. We’ve not camped extensively in Nebraska but have enjoyed a number of fine nites in some of the City campgrounds, and state parks. Stayed at Ft. Robinson a couple years ago, wished I would have had a little more time for exploring that area.
Good luck with your new rig.
Iowa Dave

Welcome! To whet your appetite, here are pictures of us camping at Oliver Reservoir near Kimball, NE last October. It was a lovely spot except for the nearby freight trains blowing their whistle throughout the night. You will love your new rig!
Cheers!

We have also been to Ft Robinson back in the day when you took a trail ride thru the buffalo herd. Of course for safety reasons, they stopped that. But it is on our list to revisit.

That red (or orange) pin striping really looks good with those warm Fall colors. You have a nice trailer to look at in the Autumn.

Thanks! My wife Paula, picked "terra-cotta" for the graphics. Unfortunately that color has been discontinued.
