Ahh, another Tacoma with stick plus an Escape '21, no less. I was getting lonely.
That's a rare and exquisite combination.
Welcome to our gang!

Kitchen
Congrats on the 21, we are going to try a trip later this month. Is that a oven/stovetop in your trailer?

John, you bought the trailer from a very good friend who were our traveling partners before her husband passed away. You got a great trailer. We were very sad to see her sell it but she just didn't think she could handle it by herself. The trailer is in great shape and I hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed ours.

I hope when the time comes your friend finds a way to continue camping. The 17 would be pretty easy to handle. There are a lot of singles out there who enjoy camping with "egg" friends, I'm sure.

sure is! and we already love it. will be far more useful than the microwave to us. one night on our marathon back from .tx, we had picked up some cooked/seasoned chicken breasts and roasted brussel sprouts at a Whole Foods. into the oven those went for 20 minutes, came out like they'd just been cooked.
already figured out we need to get a couple 'quarter sheet' baking pans, those are like 9x13, and the perfect size for that small oven. just trying to decide between stainless steel and heavy gauge anodized aluminum.

Congrats John
John, We ,too, moved from a Casita to our Escape a couple of years ago! Casita was really nice and no complaints but our 21 is so much larger! We live in Placerville! Enjoy!

Hi, Neighbor. Another Placervillian here! I'll be picking up my 17A in May before the gathering.
