New members from beautiful Idaho

I suppose it's time to introduce ourselves since after much research (including a serendipitous business trip to Chilliwack), lurking, discussion, debate on which model, etc. we ordered our 5.0TA for delivery on January 27. Looking forward to next spring and summer’s adventures!

We certainly enjoyed staying behind your Cracker Barrel in Boise on our pickup trip in Nov.
Free camping and a great breakfast!

Congrats.

We went back and forth between 5.0TA, 21' and even 19'. Tipping point was the relatively shorter overall length when driving combine with a little more room when camping. But....we could, maybe, change our mind. Pros and cons for each style.

Hope to see another before build sheet. Anyone out there within 100 miles of Boise so I can see?

I don't personally know anyone in Boise with an Escape, but I did notice "pins in the map" in and around Boise when I visited Chilliwack last fall.

Mucram. For your vacation this summer, take a trip to Chilliwack and see the trailer and talk to the ETI staff. Then you will be sure and get it right for you. And who knows, you just might change your order for a bigger trailer. It has been known to happen on occasion. Loren

I agree---if 649 decides I am worthy--that's exactly what I would do too--build sheet would be done in under 10 minutes!!!!

The Escape Owners' Map https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?m...Y.kR4VC3Z7DAR8 shows a 17, 19, and 21 in your area. The factory can let you know if these folks show their rigs.

That's what I'm debating
A 5.0ta or 19 '
I just don't want to feel much drag when I pull
19' Seems light enough eh??

Two totally different layouts. 20' of living space in the 5.0TA, 16' of living space in the 19'. Check out the counter space difference, if food prep is important to you! No crawl over bed in the 5er vs crawl over in 19'. Rear dinette (and views) in 5er, stare at your tug from the dinette in the 19'.

The 21' is closer in comparison to the 5.0TA than the 19'.
