On order, Escape 21
Hi, my wife Kathy (Kastewart) and I just ordered a 2017 21 with delivery set for July 2017. We are very excited about our decision to get the Escape. This has been a multi-year journey for us looking at every kind of RV. From large class A motorhomes to tent trailers. We've owned several tent trailers over the years and also have done some tent camping. The 21 seems to hit the sweet spot for us. I appreciate this very active forum and look forward to learning from the knowledge and experience of others and hope to contribute as well.
For those of you who are also in the PNW, or might be visiting, a hobby of mine is making videos, many of which are campgrounds primarily in Washington State with a few in Oregon. My hope is people who are looking to stay in these campgrounds get a preview of what they are like. Certainly nothing fancy, mostly just drive through with a camera on the dash. My YouTube channel is OldstersOutside of course.
Happy Camping!

Congrats Steve and Kathy! You'll have alot of fun making your build sheet choices over the next several months. This forum can be a very valuable resource for that. And I agree about the 'sweet spot'. It's part of the appeal of Escapes. Nicely equipped and cozy, but not a big behemoth rolling down the road.

Thank you Marry and rbryan4 for the welcome. We are having fun going over the build sheet and planning. We are even starting to do some trip planning.

Welcome to the forum, fellow Washingtonians. You'll have a lot of fun planning your trailer over the next year; the time will fly by and you'll take possession of your new Escape before you know it!

Sounds as if you will know just what you want in your Escape. You only have a year to plan the options and I say only a year because there are so many possibilities. Have fun putting it all together.

Hey! Cool, another 21 in Marysville
We're over near Cedarcrest GC. Drop me a pm if you want to come around and check out our 2014 and talk options. I've got it in my driveway right now installing storage cubbies between the bathroom and door.
