Welcome to the forum (see you joined in March but this your first post) and congrats on your 17b. Well if you've not been west before you'll find Ontario is very big, you've done one day but could take two more before you hit MB but I guess if you're going to Chilliwack in four days you're driving long days. By the way since you're from southern ON you must pass through MB just stopping for gas, food, maybe a night stay otherwise you have to self isolate for 14 days. Now we do have some nice campgrounds but you don't have the trailer yet

Stop by and camp in MB on the way back you won't have to self isolate coming from the west.

Did you see on the rallies that there's a Niagara Wine Escape? It's still on at least as far as things go now. We may not have any Americans attend though. It's very close to you.

Nothing like leaving a place like Toronto, driving for a long, long day and still being in Ontario. Makes you realize how big the province is.

Enjoy the drive and try not to leave ETI after your orientation with your head spinning. The drive home with your shiny new Escape will be even better.

Cool! The traffic was great ,except in Calgary ,where the trans Canada goes right thru the city ...no bypass ,iand some small towns in BC .A bit of construction for about 200 Kiilometers in Ontario and BC .Mostly bridge repair s ,and one flipped tractor trailer in BC missed the tornadoes in Saskatchewan too...

Hi: Major... At this point Niagara Wine Escape is still a go. Modified to camping w/ no pot luck or beer/ wine exchange. Trailer tours only if folks are comfortable doing them!!! Campfires with "Social distancing" will be held at site 52 each evening. Bring a chair and mask if you feel the need for it. BTW nice looking combo!!! Alf

There is a bypass for the Trans-Canada through Calgary. Next time take Stony Trail north as you enter the City. Stony Trail is quite fast and will route you by freeway right around the north end of the City back to Trans-Canada again.
