Roberta and Craig,
We hope you love yours as much as we love ours! We're still on the look out for that perfect tow vehicle and have several in mind. As you know, our neck of the woods isn't pickup friendly. My current choice is the Audi Q7 (6,600 towing capacity). We're going to give the MDX a good workout before we upgrade and then see what is going to work out best for us. Welcome to the forum!

Hello Slyvia are you towing the escape 21 with your MDX and if so did you purchase a weight distribution hitch? We have a 2011 MDX and have ordered a 19 but are concerned about the owners manual statement about not recommending a weight distribution hitch. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

We would surely join you but we have an appraiser coming to our house early on Monday, and they want to see inside. Next time! We love Ft Flagler... and we can fairly well tolerate Ned and Carla Jean.

You're going to love it. February 28th (two months ago) was our one-year anniversary with our Escape 21, and on that day we had logged 235 nights in the trailer. We've been all over the western United States and not once have we had a regret. Buying the Escape 21 was one of the best decisions we've made.

Celia and Jerry,
We arrived back in Port Townsend last Sunday night and it's been a flurry of unpacking, cleaning the inside of the trailer, and cleaning the house after three months in the Southwest. The whole family is coming this weekend. Yikes... We'll see what time we can get rid of them, I mean, what time they will go back to Seattle...Hopefully we can get away for an overnighter with you. Would be fun. We sure are glad Doug and Sooz won't be there.....more to talk about... ;•)

Why don't you pm us with your site numbers.
