Prospective Escape Owners Seeking Information

Good afternoon from NS! We currently have a FR Highwall Tent Trailer, and tow with a Toyota Highlander. Our tent trailer it is really well equipped ("glamping" for sure), which has made "upgrading" to a Travel Trailer pretty much impossible as we don't want to upgrade our tow vehicle, and we don't want to tow a behemoth.

After considering many different options, makes, models, etc. for the last 2 years, we have narrowed things down and the Escape 21NE is topping our list (possibly the 23 that's currently in design, but that will definitely depend on the final layout). As the 21NE is a new model, we would love to hear feedback from new owners. Pros / Cons... especially the Issues! Also, how is the current company to deal with when there are issues? Has the recent management change led to product or service changes? How do folks who are far away from BC handle warantee or repair issues? Thanks!

I don’t think you can replace Tammy and Reace and still have the same company, period.
However, I have met and spoken with Karl and I believe ETI will remain the great customer oriented company it has been. I was also fortunate enough to meet the folks from Northern Lite who are now associated with ETI as they were at the Florida RV show in Tampa back in January. They seem to care about their customers and make a quality product. You are not likely to have warranty issues with the components ETI manufactures. More likely, if you have issues it will be with components like the refrigerator, furnace, axle, etc. These are warranted by the manufacturer and ETI will likely provide assistance if needed in dealing with them. I don’t worry a whole lot about my Escape, it is out of warranty and I have had only one problem caused by a faulty circuit board in the holding tank monitor. And I realize NS is a long way from BC, but Florida is even further so I do understand your concern.
