Taking delivery of a 17B in Late March.

Been looking for 2 years to buy a small used fiberglass trailer. There were many I was interested in and each was sold before I could get a good look and make an offer. Most within 24 hours of being listed.

So I decided to buy NEW. As an inveterate cheapskate this was tough to swallow!
Living in the US PNW, I decided to buy from Escape. They have a nice reputation for build quality, and I liked most of their options (Although a full 54" bed would be a preferred option! - My spouse and I are tent campers and backpackers and used to tight quarters - but STILL - FULL BED. Think about it!)

Anyways as I take delivery I will have questions and need advice and singed up here. Maybe you will see me around WA, OR, ID (and BC / Alberta when we have longer vacation times!)

The space is 53" but I have a full bed in mine. It's a 54" mattress but is pretty soft and fits. (Not that that gives any more space- the walls are still at 53".

And welcome! There is a fiberglass rally in May at Maryhill State park if any spaces are still available and assuming parks are open. Probably by then still without the usual group gatherings, though.

My 17B will be delivered in June and I'll mainly be in the PNW for the next few years. The forum members are great with sharing advice and information, although the electrical modification discussions go over my head rather quickly. It will be nice to have another person on the learning curve and travelling this area of the country. Welcome!
