Yeah...a few reasons it made sense. A regular order would take months and I didn’t want to go into winter. Specials for shipping are available now due to COVID. Price increases could happen in 2021. Its equipped with things we didn’t need but will be nice. Somethings we could add like wheels, awning light, high lift etc. the colors inside were already chosen. The stripe is on and it’s gloss black, which I like. No stereo but I think we will get our own, a JBL portable maybe.

We just received our inventory model a week ago and we have been so happy. We got it quickly and also it was quite a relief not to have to choose the colors and fabric. ETI had put together a good-looking trailer, better than we would have been able to choose ourselves. For some people it’s fun to design your own but for us it was awesome not to have to!

Congratulations and enjoy your new trailer.

What options are you adding?

What options available to you are you declining?

Enjoy,

Perry

Things we added: Al. Wheels, Awning Lights, High Lift, 2 Step, Storage Box, 4 Capt Lights.

Things it already had: full frameless windows with bathroom and kitchen windows. Inverter, Zamp Port, 7 cu ft fridge, Gas line QC, outside hatch, pass side shower and all colors, maple, fabric etc chosen already.

Main things lacking: Microwave. Oven.

I’m thinking of swapping out the stove exhaust vent and adding a microwave. I’m sure this has been done before.

No solar panels, can get those on our own.

The microwave is on a dedicated 20 amp 120v circuit, whereas the vent is 12v operated. I have never seen an Escape with a microwave over the stove for that reason.....with your inverter you may be able to put it.....oooopps. you need to update your avatar to show your new Escape model. Congrats on a quick turn around.

Oh it’s been a whirlwind. I was givin the shipping papers tonight. We signed final build sheet last night. We agreed to buy it Monday night. Because it was 3/4 built, I have to say they were very accommodating on the extras we wanted.

Scott where's the rally you ask. Well since you're lucky enough to snag an inventory 19, congrats by the way there is a small fg rally in New Ulm the weekend after Labour Day, looks like we'll be giving up our site if we can't cross the border.

Thank you for the tip! I’ll look into tomorrow it sounds fun and convenient. I saw the discussion on the Thomson Causeway trip. That sounded great too, but I think we have a Memorial Service to attend then. But New Ulm...that might happen.

Congratulations on your new Escape. Your location in the Twin cities will serve you well for attending midwestern rallies in the future. In addition there are a lot of camping opportunities that you’ll figure out as you go. Let’s hope this Covid 19 Pandemic abates and things get better by spring so you can show your new baby off. We have black graphics on our 21 and like them.
